Good Morning, Is anyone billing a JZ modifier on contrast codes A9579, A9577 indicating no waste? We have been billing the JW modifier if there is waste and due to the new requirement I tried to add the JZ modifier on an account today indicating no waste, and I got an edit stating use of JZ is not typical for this code. I'm confused because it is a single use vial. Any thoughts on what I'm missing here?
