Dear All,
The below OT notes is from my hospital where doctor has charged wrong code of 26765 but as per my understanding it should be 26755 or 26756. Plz guide me to the correct code. Xray shows distal phalanx fracture.
Can we bill manipulation and internal fixation together if performed???
fracture was reduced under c arm control by a combination of traction and manipulation
transarticular fixation of the fracture was done from the tip of the phalanx using 1.6mm k wire
crossed k wire 1mm size put from distal to proximal fragment in an oblique manner
dressings applied.
