Does anyone have a coding reference/advice for how to code multiple wheelchair components or accessories for which no specific HCPCS code exists other than K0108?

I've read the CMS Internal HCPCS Coding Decisions Planned for 2016 that indicated the changes that would have replaced HCPCS codes E1399 and K0108 with KXXX- codes would not take effect on January 1, 2016. Is anyone aware of the status of this? The decision advised that additional information would be provided on the status of these coding changes in the future.
