Opinions on Kareo appreciated...thinking of purchasing this software for my small business. :)
 
I worked for a busy derm and part of my job was to select and implement new PM and EHR software. I demo'd Kareo and also ADP Advanced MD and liked Advanced MD more which was the PM software we ended up selecting. Keep in mind each vendor charges a different rate per month depending on how many providers you will be billing under and the number of claims you will be submitting.

We are a billing company that got tired of all of the other PM softwares missing features that billing companies like so hired web on some developers and created our own - Azalea PM. It has all of the nice features we like as billing companies - Auto-posting remits, code check, integrated eligibility, charges flowing into the billing encounter from the chart, etc.
