I have a claim for Kenalog injection. Lesions injected 2, Kenalog concentration 20mg/mL x 0.3 mL. would the correct units to bill be 1? When its documented like this I was advised to query because I need it documented in cc's. I thought 1mL is equal to 1 cc?

You are correct. Since the total amount injected is less than 1mL, you would bill with one unit. Your provider has documented this perfectly and does not need to correct or update the documentation.
