Wiki Kenalog injection into bladder via cysto after bladder distention

Twenty-two French cystoscope was introduced. The bladder was inspected and was normal. His and distended 70 cm of water. Health approximately 400 cc. He was then emptied and redistended and multiple glomerulations were seen throughout the bladder. Trigone was of the most affected. I did not see any scars or ulcers. I then injected 10 cc of Kenalog solution with lidocaine into areas most affected by the glomerulations. This was done with a Laborie needle at 3 mm depth. After that was completed the needle was removed and the bladder was emptied the scope was removed

52260 but I am unsure about the kenalog injection 51700, 51720???? or is it in integral part of the procedure???

Since there is no special/specific CPT code for this injection procedure, I would include this in the cystoscopy procedure included in 52260. Therefore, I would consider this an integral part of the overall procedure.
