Can someone shed some light on billing G-codes to Kentucky Spirit Medicaid HMO Plan in the home health setting please. When this plan was initially put in place they provided very little information regarding billing requirements. I know the rates are 100% KY medicaid fee schedule and reimburses per visit rate. We're currently billing with our system defaulted G-codes.
I would like to know if the following G-codes can be billed per visit, although, the HCPCs book states in the description (each 15 minutes).
G0151 PT
G0152 OT
G0153 ST
G0154 SN
G0155 SW
G0156 HHA
