Hello, I work in a Mental Health Center and have been trying to get our Ketamine services paid for a long, long time now. Our sister facility has had the same problem. Spravato has been no help. We were told to bill the E/M and then the prolonged codes (99212+99415+99416). Has anyone tried and successfully billed Ketamine therapy for mental health purposes?
