Is this correct> 041.3, 599.0.

Confused on Kleb ESBL, there's a code for Klebsiella pneumoniae 041.3. But is this correct.

That is what I would use...

Klebsiella pneumoniae is the type of species the infection is, so I would feel safe using it. JMO
