Hi, everyone – I have a question for anyone who does Radiology coding on the facility side:

Scenario: fx of proximal tibia and medial malleolus. Physician orders like this: “CT scan knee/ankle/foot”:

Would you code that 73700 x 1 because the scan would/could travel down the leg from knee to foot or 73700 x 2 with separate scans and separate reports for knee and foot?

I would love feedback from anyone at other facilities!

Thanks in advance.
