can i bill a patella, medial femoral condyle and lateral femoral condyle debridment separately? I know there are 3 billable compartments (medial, lateral and patella) but not sure about the femoral condyle.

i would say no and that all 3 are bundled together. Am I wrong?

you can only bill the debridement once.
