Pt has knee dislocation diagnosis and physician bills 27427, 27428 for AL, PCL and MCL tear reconstruction. I think 27558 more appropriate. Or 27429?
 
Your surgeons codes have an issue in that they hit an edit. Both can't be billed. Was the "AL" meant to be "ACL" or "ALL". They also have an MUE of one. So only one unit could be billed even though multiple ligaments were worked on. If the AL means "Anterolateral" I would go with 27558 since that would encompass the work and the reason the work is being performed for. If "AL" was meant to be "ACL" and it was sprained or detached I would be more inclined to use 27429 since that would be intra-articular & extra-articular ligament work.
