He did a lateral release and he also did a partial synovectomy around the patella. "Synovectomy was carried out around the patella removing all inflamed synovium." The synovectomy is included in the 29873, is that correct? I am new to this and it is not exactly clear what is bundled to me. I see it is a "separate procedure". Thank you for your help.
