See if 27380 works for you. Some of the description in the coders desk reference says an incision is made from the uppper portion of the patella and extending to a point just medial to the lower part of the tibial tuberosity. The patellar tendon is exposed, and all scar tissue removed. The ruptured ends of the tendon are debrided. Sutures are passed through the ruptured ends to bring them together.
