Wiki knee revision arthroplasty

Patient had previous knee arthroplasty ( both components).
Surgeon replaced the femur component and the polyethylene liner. Would that be considered 27486 ? He did not replace the entire tibial component. He states : tibial component was checked. It was normal. The polyethylene liner was ruined".

I’d agree with 27486

In the ortho coding companion it states “one or both (femoral and tibial) components".
