Happy New Year!

I just came back from vacation and apparently my brain stayed at home...any help on this is greatly appreciated..

op states...bilateral tenosynovectomy of the infrapatellar tendon..tenosynovium was peeled up off the tendon and resected..

sounds simple but I can not find anything...thanks for any help

thanks for the response, but the surgery was not done by arthroscopy. Here's how the note reads:

Surgical procedure: Bilateral tenosynovectomy of the infrapatellar tendon

longitudinal incision was made from the distal pole of the patella down to the tibial tubercle. On each side the subcutaneous tissue was separated away from the tenosynovium and the tenosynovium was peeled up of the tendon and resected.

that is basically the entire note. Any suggestions??
