if a pt has a medial menisectomy 29881, a loose body removal 29874, and a chondroplasty 29877 in a separate compartment, is a partial synovectomy 29875-51 reimbursable or is it considered global? I checked the orthopaedic code X for 2011 and I can't seem to find an answer. I hope someone can shed a little light on this for me
