KS Medicaid secondary to Medicare MCO needing correct RARC or CARC code

I am haaving troubles getting Medcaid to process a claim for a Medicare MCO/Medicaid patient that Medicare MCO paid part of the claim but did not pay all of a claim for a patient receiving home health but is not homebound. What RARC or CARC codes do I bill the Medicaid eg:
S0316 GY $50.00 ins denied - rejected services not covered under benefit plan
99600 GY $17.87 ins paid
