One of our physicians is going to do an MDL Biopsy & KRP Ablation on a patient's bilateral vocal fold polyps. Also, a left TVF medialization w/Prolaryn on the same patient's paralyzed vocal cord. These will be done during the same surgery. The codes that we have are 31574, 31536 & 31572. When we ran these codes through codify, the 31574 & 31572 came up w/a code 2 column edit/never bill together. Has anyone had to bill for this and if so, what cpt codes were you able to bill? Thank you for your feedback.
