kV TrueBeam Daily Images MD Review vs MD Approval

It has come to my attention that kV TrueBeam images were approved by another MD who was not present at the time of treatment. Would it be possible for the MD who was not present to add an addendum in the patient's chart, noting that the images were approved incorrectly? Additionally, the addendum could clarify that the MD who was present at the time of treatment reviewed the images during the treatment. Then, the next question is, which MD should be the charge (G6002) billed for, the MD who was physically present at the time of Tx or the MD who approved the images incorrectly?
