Wiki Kyphoplasty Levels

Hello everyone, my provider did a Kyphoplasty at T12,L1,L2,L3. Should this be billed as the following
22513 -
22515 -3
or
22513
22515-2

Do i count the 22515 as 1 level and the other 2 as the additional? so confused.

Hello. The work is done each bone segment. Not interspace so you code this total 4 levels. Hope this helps.
