L3807 (pre-fab thumb spica splint) is not on BSMA's allowed HCPCS list. L3808 is closest as far as description, but states custom, not pre-fab. L3908 would be the next closest, but other than stating pre-fab, is not as close a description. What do other people use who bill to BSMA? Thanks.
