I have a claim that patient was seen for post op care for Achilles repair. Walking boot was ordered at this visit (L4386). Should the L4386 be billed or is it considered part of the Global period. Claim right now has L4386 and 99024 listed and is being denied by Aetna insurance. Thank you for any help!!
