Wiki Lab Billing Help!!!

A doctor I am recently started coding and billing for draws the labs and sends them out. She actually charges for the individual labs she draws for--ie 84482, 84443, 84479 etc. She does not bill/code for specimen collection....she's been billing and coding the actual labs.
Is this correct?
Also, where could I find documentation that shows/explains the correct way to bill/code this?

I fyou are paying the lab and then billing them out yes it is correct and there is a field on the CMS 1500 to indicate this and the amount you paid the lab, but if the lab is also billing then no you cannot bill for the labs only the venipuncture.
