I work with a pain physician who has started doing pain procedures in an office setting. We would like to do Prothombin Time and INR's for clotting and pregnancy testing. There are several codes for the PT time and INR and I am confusing.
Also, this physician is certified CLIA moderately complex. We would perform the tests on our in-house lab analyzer.
