Wiki Lab coding - what CPT code

Hello

I am new to coding labs, I had a patient that came into the office for UA and we sent it out to be tested. I do have the diagnosis code but for sending an UA out what CPT code would I use. Diagnosis was 995.29 and V58.69. Any suggestions I appreciate it.
