Wiki Lab Requisitions paper copy - How long do we need to store them for after they're scanned?

If they're already scanned electronically. Do you know for how long we need to keep/store copy of the paper lab requisition? Thank you.

Not a coding issue, it is a "your" facility issue here (because I have that knee jerk reaction that every healthcare facility is doing their own thing"). You reach out to your supervisor & the HIM department. No doubt that lines were written in the sand here.
