What diagnosis can we use for pt comes in to go over lab result. Can
v65.49 - other specified counseling be used? Or do we have to wait untill we get the dictation and see if there was any abnormal finding? We use the encouter form to post our codes as the doctors mark them. But sometimes they forget and the dictation is not done, but they will put in the chart lab results. Please help.
