We are a small clinic. Our nurses draw the lab and when I question which one they did, they really don't know we then send to specimens to LapCorp.

I need the codes for urine and stool culture and sensitivity. When I look in the cpt book, I am unclear as to which to use!

Any help is appreciated.

You should be able to ask Lab Corp which tests they ran. When I was doing FP, Lab Corp and Quest would tell them the CPT code for the tests like those.
