Can anyone advise as to the correct way to code for a Labiaplasty/reduction for labial hypertrophy in a 13 year old? The description for CPT 56620 states "to treat premalignant lesions" and CPT 15839 appears to be more appropriate for excision excess skin due to weight loss.
