I have a questions for any Laboratory CMS expert on Drug Testing.
I am billing out a G0431 and a 80321. These are the only codes I am billing at this time. Will this code bundle all of the different drug classifications I am testing such as Benzodiazepines, Buprenorphine, Carisoprodol, Fetanyl, Heroin, etc......
