I am billing out BCBS lab samples for substance abuse and would like to know what codes and process I should be using. Can we use the G-codes by Medicare guidelines or do we use the AMA codes. Any feedback would be appreciative.

Are there any laboratory billing specialist out there that can answer my previous question. If not can someone give me any sites I can go to find the answer. I really appreciate the assistance on this question.
 
I am having the issue of trying to confirm that I should be billing our the confirmation code that was tested as a positive result and bill out k=n negative results to the carrier eventhough I tested for them.
