Hello everyone I need help on this one, if patient come today visit for f/u bp, chol,vit,etc. and have lab draw today (7 labs test done with dated 04/20/10) but Dr. billed on ticket 10 labs (3 test dated 04/23/10) Do I bill all labs in the same ticket or should I bill the 3 other labs in a separate ticket? This is the first time I came across with this scenario, normally all labs has the same date but there no indication on patient record why done in different dates this time. Any suggestion on how to bill please...Thanks
