Hi,:confused: I code for a family practice, where one of our Dr. performed high volume of labs. Each labs is charged separate on encounter form. We ended having multiple rejection due to global. For example we billed 84520,82947,82565 charged separated. Do I have to append a modifier 59 on this. Please help, I am looking for a way to avoid more rejection. Thanks on advance

The labs are being bundled under 80069 as a panel. If all the labs were not performed in the panel the carrier may still bundle - it's cheaper. You can try using -59 but may have to appeal.
