Have this scenario where the patient had a 8 cm laceration on the forehead quite superficial, minimally gapping. Physician did Indermil repair on 2 cm's of the laceration and steri stripped the remainder. How would you code this?? Laceration repair to all 8 cm's or only 2 cm's???

Based on the info provided in your post, repair was only 2cm ... that's how I would code.
