Wiki Laceration - stitches redone

Hi All,

We have a situation where a 7 year old had to have stitches in his knee. The same day he came back in to have the stitches redone because he pulled most of them out.

The first time we charged 12002 and the second time we are charging 12001.

Can someone advise what modifier I would use on this? We are urgent care and it was TWO different providers who did the work. I'm a little confused on which one best fits this scenario.
