Hello! We have a lactation consultant in our office with an MD license in another state. As of now, she is IBCLC certified. She does an exam on the baby and documents the exam. The pediatrician then does his exam and documents that he did exam and agrees with The IBCLC's exam. Does he need to document his entire exam also or is his statement enough if his findings are the same? He does state that he examined the baby and agrees with IBCLC's exam. Thank you for any help!
