Anyone know the best code to use for lactose intolerance for ICD 10. Wasnt sure if it was E73.8 or E73.9

E73.0 Congenital lactase deficiency
E73.1 Secondary lactase deficiency
E73.8 Other lactose intolerance
E73.9 Lactose intolerance, unspecified

E73.8 would be for a defined lactose intolerance not listed. E73.9 would be for lactose intolerance which has not been specified enough for you to choose any of the other options.
