Tomorrow is my last day at my job. Reimbursements have been cut and we have lost clients. It was a perfect storm that has come to a head. I'm sad in a way, but relieved in another. I have been coding for over ten years and am so burned out on it. I have been wanting to do something different and now is my chance. I have learned and grown so much in my time in coding.

The changes in the healthcare system are dizzying at times and now is a good time to get out. I don't want to discourage people that really want to learn coding, but know things aren't so rosy. I have severance for a few months and that will give me time to figure out what I want to do. Some time to veg will be good for the mental state.
