Laminectomy/diskectomy

Doctor performed a decompressive lumbar laminectomy at L3-4 and a discectomy at L3-4. I know that 63030 is accurate for the discectomy, but it only includes a hemilaminectomy, not full laminectomy. Should I also charge 63047 for the laminectomy?
