need help coding for a patient with spinal stenosis of lumbar. procedure: decompression laminectomy for pathologic fracture to t12-L1 vertebrae 63011?

patient was diagnosed with spinal stenosis of the lumbar vertebrae and pathologic fracture (T12- L1) due to osteoporosis. The operation consists of decompression, laminectomy, kyphoplasty and a vertebral biopsy.
22325, 22328, 22523, 22525 ,63047, 63048 is what I have come u with. Any advice would be helpful

630xx is the right direction for the laminectomies, depending on the documentation. The kyphoplasty code would be 22523 & 25, no vertebral fracture codes though...
