Wiki Laminoplasty coding

Pre op dx: Cervical stenosis with a right c8 nerve root avulsion with pseudomeningocele
pst op dx : Same pre op
procuderes performed:
Cervical 3 through 7 laminoplasty using a nuvasive platind system with foraminotomy of the right c7-t1 and c6-c7. Use of the operating microscope and use of fluoroscopy.

I chose: 63047, 63048, 63050, 76000 and 69990 are those codes the right codes? What do yu advice please.

Can only bill for 63050, can not bill for the laminectomy codes separate or for the microscope or fluoroscope.

I would look at code 63051 if he use a plating system. That would be the only code. I hope this helps.
