We have received several denials for procedure performed for Arthrodesis (22630) as inclusive to Laminotomy procedure of the lumbar (63042), these are two different sites and completely different procedures.

One done on the lumber interspace, and the other done on the nerve root. I checked the CCI edits and did not see that these procedure were consider bundled.



Can you please assist me on this matter.
