Wiki Lami's/Transpedicular, HELP!

I am having a hard time coding this one - it's a doozey! My doctor and I coded 63055, 63046-51, 63047-59, 63030-59, 63048.

PROCEDURES PERFORMED:
1. T10 laminectomy, left T10-11 medial facetectomy for decompression of central canal.
2. Left T11 transpedicular approach to the T10-11 disk space for
microdiskectomy.
3. Intraoperative microscope.
4. Intraoperative SSEP and MEP.
5. Laminectomy of L4, L4-5 medial facetectomy.
6. Laminectomy of L5, L5-S1 medial facetectomy.
7. Laminotomy of L3, medial facetectomy of L3-4.

I am not sure what it is but I just feel like I am missing something - maybe because there are so many primary lami codes its weirding me out?? I would appreciate any help anyone can offer. Thanks so much!
