hello,
need input/advice....after surgeon dissected the transverse colon laprascopically, he then deflated the abdomen, removed trocars, enlarged one of the trocar sites to 5 cm and inserted a wound retractor, the transverse colon was brought out of the incision, then resected, anastmosed and returned back into the abdomen....all trocar sites were then closed...do I code this as 44204 or 44140...any input would be greatly appreciated.
