Hi. I am trying to research what the correct coding would be for a Lap Assisted PEG procedure. This was done by pediatric surgery and I've cross-posted to peds and gen surg. A laparoscope was used to view the abdomen during the PEG procedure to avoid complications or puncture of other organs. I'm unsure if an unlisted code would be warranted. The provider has billed a 43246 & 49320, but I'm not sure if this is the most accurate way to bill.
