If MD owns fluoroscopy machine and does lap band adjustments under fluoro in the office, which CPT should be utilized, 76000 or 74240?
 
When we use fluoro with our lap band adjustments, we use 77002. If we are looking at the band before and after the fill, we also use the 74240.
