Needing to pre-d a patient that previously had a laparoscopic gastric sleeve and is now converting to a BPD/DS. I am thinking the only thing to do is 43845 with a 52 modifier - any thoughts on this? I know ultlimately it will be an unlisted CPT code since there is no laparoscopic code but need a comparable code to submit.
