I was wondering if someone could help direct me. I have two questions. In the description of the procedure 44205 it notes that he did an appendectomy that is not coded for. Could i charge that as an add on. Also he is trying to charge a 47001 for the biopsy and no where in the report does it state that he sent it off for pathology during the procedure. I am just a little confused on if that is able to be be billed?:confused:
