Hi,

I got this procedure here for LAP SUBTOTAL HYSTERECTOMY . After the uterurine corpus was amputated from the cervix and was morcellized, the MD did a reverse cone for a fibrotic thickened tissue from the cervical stump. Would you think this is a separate procedure to be coded as 49321 as the cone biopsy was done laparoscopically or would you think this is inclusive?
